Love on the Rocks

I took this photo whilst visiting Surfers Paradise.  I loved what i caught.  Instantly i thought 'Love on the Rocks'

A whole month in feet

It wasn't my intention to take so many feet shots!  But i did....and above is part of my month in feet!  Maybe i wanted to snap my feet on overseas ground or just simply monitor my whole baking/tanning process (ok so thats not good for my skin but we all love a tan).

Then it got me thinking, how many feet are there from the UK to Australia.  Google says = 45 423 840!  Whoah there...thats a hell of a lot of feet :)

Surprising what can be done with things going out of date.

Footprints in the sand

Nothing to really say about these, apart from.....ahhhhhh 

Crystal Castle NSW

I visited here whilst on my travels and what a spiritual place it was.  Situated in hills, in the sun in New South Wales.  Loved!  So much i can't tell you. 


Above is a pic of my mum walking her troubles away around 'The Labyrinth'.  It was a quiet spirtitual place, a place to ask questions - a place to seek answers.  On completion of the walk, mum actually got very emotional and declared that she felt she'd been given answers to her questions.  Whether the labyrinth itself gave the answer or the pure concentration of the walk, we shall never know!



Another photo of the beautiful gardens.  I had my Aura read...wow....i was all orange and yellows and reds!  Apparantly my heart is open.  I'll updated you with all my aura findings some other time.  A fantastic spiritual place in the wonderful Australia.

Sitting on the beach watching the waves and the aqua blue sea, surrounded in shells, my heart was full of happiness and gratefulness that i was able to be sitting on the otherside of the world, in a country i never thought i would see.  So i made my shell heart.







 

Snow day like a snow day

After the heat of my past month it was a little bit of a shock waking up to this!


But i cosied up right by this.  My house is so very dated, carpets, wallpaper, but sometimes combined with some little quirky touches i quite like it that way.  A little retro, vintage.  Even the fireplace which is so 60's sometimes puts a little smile on my face.  This is a little corner of my living space i'm loving at the moment.


Found this at a place called Tumblegum.  Had to snap it on my iphone!  It meant something that day :)

Inspired by my recent trip!  can you tell what it is yet?

Happy and sad to be back.  Happy to have many memories to hold on to and remember with fondness.  Sad to be back to the cold and work and hum drum.
